General Conditions |
1.
Arrival: from 16:00 until 19:00; (except agreement to the
contrary)
2. Departure: from 08:30 until 10:00; (except agreement to
the contrary)
3. Included: light, water, linen, swimming-pool and
parking-space
4. Additionals: heating, firewood, laundry, cradle,
house-keeper (charges per hour), small pets acceptance.
5. Earnest money equal to the 50% of the total amount.
The remainder will be given at time of arrival.
6. Deposit: compulsory at the moment of arrival, € 200,00 to
be given back under check of the flat.
7. Conditions of payment: cash or cheques are welcome. (We
do not accept credit cards neither Bancomat). | |
